Karna KONE

Karna is a development communications professional with experience in communications strategy design, digital campaign planning and implementation, and program management. He is passionate about social and behavior change programs, and advocates for the empowerment of girls, women and youth.  Karna serves as Communications and Mobilization Advisor. He is responsible for promoting and amplifying the work of the ODAS Center through relevant communication channels. Karna holds a Master's degree in Advertising-Marketing from the Institute of Communication Sciences and Technology of Abidjan (ISTC-Polytechnique). Before joining The ODAS Center, Karna had various experiences in a communications agency, in the field of international development with EngenderHealth and Equal Access International (EAI). At EAI, as Digital Communication and Reporting Officer for the Resilience for Peace project funded by USAID, he was responsible for developing and implementing the project's communications strategy and writing project reports.
